Do our quotes have an expiry date?

Our quotes, like our cakes have a best before date. All custom cake quotes are valid for 14 days and require a 30% down payment upon confirmation. Just settle the remaining balance in cash or bank transfer when you pick up your delicious creation.

What if I need to cancel my order or I change my mind?

Need to make some changes to your cake order? No problem! We understand that plans can sometimes shift. Whether it’s the date, venue, flavors, design, or anything else, please let us know as soon as you can. The sooner we’re aware, the better we can adapt your cake to your updated plans. We’re happy to discuss options and make sure your cake is just right for your special day.

Cancellations:

• More than 14 days before pick-up/delivery: Receive a full refund, excluding costs of custom toppers, stencils, or other unique items specifically ordered for your cake.
• 3 days prior: We understand that unexpected situations may arise, but due to the personalized nature of our cakes and the time invested in preparing them, cancellations made within 3 days of your event date will result in a forfeited deposit.

Rescheduling:

• More than 14 days before pick-up/delivery: We are happy to transfer your deposit to a new available date without penalty.
• 14 days or less before pick-up/delivery: We will try our best to accommodate your request based on availability, but a rescheduling fee may apply.

Ensure your dream cake arrives flawlessly with our expert delivery service. We’ll handle your cake with the utmost care. We even offer setup assistance at your venue to guarantee a stress-free experience.

For Other Cakes:

Get your delicious cake delivered right to your door! Just ask us for a delivery quote when you place your order!

How far in advance should I place my order?

To ensure we can create your dream cake with the utmost care and attention, we recommend placing your order at least 2-4 weeks in advance. This lead time allows us to:

• Source the freshest ingredients: We use only the highest quality, seasonal ingredients, and some may require special ordering. Early notice gives us time to secure everything needed.
• Craft intricate designs: If you have a custom design in mind, it takes time to perfect the details. The more complex the design, the more lead time we’ll need.
• Meet your specific needs: Whether it’s dietary restrictions, allergy concerns, or unique flavor combinations, we want to personalize your cake perfectly. Discussing these details early ensures we have ample time to accommodate them.

How should I store and travel with my cake?

Traveling with your Cake:

• Safer Transport: To avoid damage the cake should be transported on a flat surface, we even advise using a sturdy box secured with straps to prevent movement.
• Temperature Control: Maintain a consistent, cool temperature throughout the journey. We strongly recommend using air conditioning in the car to maintain a suitable temperature throughout the journey.
• Disclaimer We can’t take any responsibility for damage once the cakes leave us. Please continue to check on your cake during transport.

Storage:

• Storage Options To ensure your creation looks amazing for the event. We recommend storing your cake in the refrigerator until you’re ready to put it on display.
• Serving Temperature: The ideal serving temperature for your creation is at room temperature.

Allergies and other things you should tell us?

Nut-Free Cakes, Nut Allergen Warning:

Our cake bases are nut-free. However, we use peanut butter, Nutella, macaroons, and other nut-related products in our kitchen.

Please inform us if you or someone you are ordering for has a nut allergy. We take allergy concerns seriously and will do our best to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, but cannot guarantee a completely nut-free environment.
